Click below for our new client form in case you would like to bring it with you for that first appointment or plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to complete one.  It's easy, we promise!  Also, please be sure to bring your pet's history (especially Rabies vaccine history) with you so we can keep him or her current.  We will enter the history and be able to send reminders when it is time.  Payment is due at the time of services.  We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover for payment.

Surgery Patients:  No food after 9pm the night before surgery.  Check-in time for surgery is normally 8-9AM.  It takes about 30 minutes.  Your pet's vaccine history is very important, so please be sure to bring it or have it faxed to 919 934 7710 (JCAPL adoptees must bring paperwork .) Your pet will be examined by a vet and a technician will discuss any issues with you prior to you leaving. Flea/tick control is mandatory for hospitalized animals.  At this time the only overnight surgery is a cat declaw.  (Declawed cats need special litter - shredded newspaper or Yesterday's News Cat Litter are recommended.) All other surgeries will be released the same day between 2pm and 4pm.  Discharge time is about 10-15 minutes.
